Relaxation

During the relaxation part of the class I will talk you through a deep relaxation, inviting you to soften your physical body, letting go of accumulated tensions to experience your body restful and at ease. As the body releases physical tensions, the breath will become softer and easier, so the mind will quieten. Relaxation is a profoundly healing practice during which you will have the opportunity to surrender, to let go at a deep level. This practice nourishes you physically, emotionally and spiritually.

By experiencing deep relaxation the body learns that this state of being is within you, and that you can access it by softening and releasing into the space of peace and stillness within.
