Yoga Classes in Swindon

I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher. I teach Hatha Yoga, which includes posture work (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. I have been practising Yoga since 2003. In 2012 I completed further training with BWY to become qualified to teach yoga for people living with cancer, and more recently I have attended training for teaching Yoga Nidra. I am deeply honoured to be a Yoga teacher and enjoy sharing the benefits of Yoga with my students.
Yoga is teaching me that the connection between body and mind is an intricate and subtle one. I believe Yoga is a profoundly healing practice.
As well as a gentle weekly Hatha Yoga class, I offer one to one chair-based yoga for people affected by illness, and a monthly "Breathe, Relax & Meditate" class. See the "Classes" page for details.
